What should I do if I fail to link my MidasVault card on platforms like Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or Facebook?

After activating your card, MidasVault will sync your card information with platforms like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook. Most users will be able to use their card within 2 days (some may take 3–5 days). In some cases, syncing may take more time. If a transaction fails, please do not attempt multiple retries, as this could be flagged as suspicious activity and result in your card being frozen. Please wait for a while before trying again.

For PayPal and Facebook: If you're still unable to link your card after several days, ensure that the name on your PayPal/Facebook account matches the name on your MidasVault card, and that you're using the same billing address. Then try linking again.

For Apple Pay: We recommend switching your Apple Store region to Hong Kong before attempting to link the card again.
